Terms of Service Agreement for India Car Pick-up Services
This agreement is between us, Indian Immigration Services, and you, the person or company using this website or our services. This agreement applies from the date you accept it. This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of using our car pick-up service.
By accepting this agreement, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to keep to it and any other terms and conditions that apply to our service.
1. Your obligations
You must do the following.
- Provide the correct flight number, date of arrival, time of arrival and hotel address.
- Tell us about any changes at least two days before the planned pick-up.
- Pay for our services in full.
- Follow our instruction for picking up the car.
2. Fee
Be possible for the destination mentioned on our website.
We also offer our customers the car pick-up service to any destination in India. You just send us an email saying where you want to pick the car up from, and we will arrange it.
3. Our responsibility
We must have the car ready for pick-up in line with the information you provided.
4. Payment
You can pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club credit cards.
5. Refunds
We offer a money-back guarantee, so we will refund your payment if we don't provide the service you have paid for.
We will not make a refund if we could not provide our service because you gave us the wrong flight number, date of arrival, time of arrival or hotel address.
Please Note: All the required documents should be provided within 3 days. Otherwise, the refund request will not be accepted.
